摘要
本文研究了钛基非贵金属燃烧催化剂的硫中毒过程及载体吸硫特性。结果表明,催化剂的抗硫能力与载体吸硫量有关,不同催化剂的抗硫性能为:Cat.3>Cat.4>Cat.5>Cat.1>Cat.2,本文还讨论了硫中毒机理。
Titania-alumina of various compositions (atomic ratios: 1/8, 1/1, 8/1) were prepared by coprecipitation. The active components were impregnated on Al2O3, TiO2-Al2O3 and TiO2. The abilites of sulphur-resistance of supports and catalysts were studied with various techniques including BET, IR etc. It was found that the amount of SO2 absorbed changed with the variation of support compositions.The stronger the surface acidity of support was,the smaller the amount of SO2 absorbed. Mechanism of sulphur-poisoning was discussed.
