摘要
应用型本科院校市场营销专业人才培养模式,就是要培养"厚基础、宽专业、强能力、有专长"的人才。为实现人才培养目标,必须在课程设置、教学方法和手段、实践教学环节及考核制度等方面进行改革。
The marketing personnel training mode in the applied undergraduate institutes is to cultivate this type of students, who has 'solid bases, wide majors, strong abilities and special skills'. In order to realize the objectives, reform of course setting, teaching methods and practical teaching links and testing system, and so on, must be carried out.
