摘要
三组试验牛平均日增重为788g,20月龄体重达到449.5kg,屠宰率60.2％,净肉率50.8％。本次试验在消化吸收国外育肥技术的同时,结合国情,初步探索了一套方法。
The average daily gain of cattle for 3 experiment group was 788 gram. The weight
at 20 month age reached to 449. 5 kilogram,dressing percentage and meat percentage
were 60. 2%,50. 8% respectively. Absorbing the fattening techniques of foreign country
and combining with the situation of China, this expriment had established a set of fatten-
ing technical measure.
