摘要
目的:研究莴笋提取物对实验性大鼠血小板聚集和血栓形成的影响。方法:以APD、胶原和凝血酶作诱导剂诱导大鼠血小板聚集,按比浊法用TYXN-96系列多功能智能血液凝集仪测定大鼠血小板聚集率并计算聚集抑制率;用血栓法测定大鼠血栓形成重量。结果:按1.0g/kg,3.0g/kg,10.0g/kg的莴笋提取物给大鼠灌胃,均能抑制APD、胶原和凝血酶诱导的大鼠血小板聚集,并能减少血栓形成的重量。以上两种作用均呈现明显的剂量依赖性。结论:莴笋提取物具有明显的抗血小板聚集及抗血栓形成的作用。
AIM:To investigate the effects of asparagus lettuce extract on platelet aggregation and thrombosis in experimental rats. METHODS:The platelet aggregation of rats was induced by ADP,collagen and thrombin.The rate of platelet aggregation was assayed by turbidity method with a series TYXN-96 of multi-functional intelligent blood condense-meter,and the weight of thrombosis was determined by thrombus method in rats. RESULTS:Stomach of rats was perfused with 1.0 g/kg,3.0 g/kg and 10.0 g/kg of asparagus lettuce extract,which could inhibit platelet aggregation induced by ADP,collagen and thrombin and reduce the weight of thrombosis in rats.Both of the effects mentioned above were shown dose-response correlation obviously. CONCLUSION:The asparagus lettuce extract can remarkably inhibit platelet aggregation and thrombosis.
