摘要
细胞因子诱导的杀伤 (Cytokine inducedkiller ,CIK)细胞是一种非主要组织相溶性复合体 (MHC)限制的免疫效应细胞 ,同时表达CD3和CD5 6。CIK细胞可以由人外周血的单个核细胞在体外经与多种细胞因子和CD3单克隆抗体共同培养获得 ,其增殖能力强、杀瘤活性高、副作用小 ,是目前恶性血液病细胞免疫治疗中最具前景的细胞之一。
Cytokine-induced killer (CIK) cells are CD3+CD56+ non-major histocompatibility complex (MHC)-restricted immune effector cells which have highly proliferation and cytotoxicity against a variety of tumor cell targets. CIK cells can be generated by incubation of peripheral blood mononuclear cells with anti-CD3 monoclonal antibody (MoAb), interleukin?2 (IL?2) and interferon-gamma.They hardly have any side effects. CIK cells are promising for future immune therapeutic on hematological tumor.
