一体化坑道气体监测报警仪的研制

摘要 目的 研制一种可检测空气中氧(O2)、二氧化碳(CO2)、一氧化碳(CO)3种气体浓度并对超标或低于标准限可自动报警的一体化小型气体监测报警仪,以保障官兵健康和生命安全。方法 设计三通道扩散式采样,气体传感器检测被测气体,产生相应的电信号,信号采集放大后进行转换为标准信号,逐一送入模数转换电路,被中央处理器读取,经程序计算分析后,把最终结果送去显示,浓度值超过预置的报警值则触发声光报警。结果 研制的报警仪主要战术技术指标:体积为150 mm×30 mm×200 mm;工作温度为5-40 ℃;O2测定范围为0%-100%,,最低检出限为0.1%;CO2测定范围为0%-5%,最低检出限为0.01%;CO测定范围为0-625 nag·m-3,最低检出限为0.1 mg·m-3。实验室与现场试验结果表明,与国家标准规定的市售仪器测定结果比较无显著性差异。结论 研制的坑道气体报警仪,具备小型便携、一体化组合、智能报警等特点,抗干扰性能强,稳定性好,适合我军各类坑道使用。 Objective To develop an integral alarming monitor which can detect the concentration of O2, CO2, and CO in the air of tunnel, and can autoalarm when the concentrations of 3 kinds of gas are higher or lower than the standard, thus to safeguard the soldiers' health and life. Methods Diffuse sampling by 3 channels and chemical detectors determining 3 kinds of gas were designed. The signals produced were connected and amplified, then converted to standard signals which were sent to A - D converter and read by central processor. The final results were sent to display after calculated and analyzed by program. When the concentrations of 3 kinds of gas are higher or lower than the set standard limit, the monitor will alarm by sound and light. Results Specifications of the monitor included size: 150 mm×30 mm×200 mm; range of working temperature: 5 - 40 ℃ ; determining range of O2: 0% - 100% , minimal detection limit: 0.1%; determining range of CO2: 0% - 5% , minimal detection limit: 0.01 % ; determining range of CO: 0-625 mg·m-3, minimal detection:0.1 mg·m-3. The results in laboratory and field experiment showed that there were no significant differences between the monitor and commercial instruments regulated by national standard. Conclusion The gas monitor developed has the characteristics of portability, integration and intelligent alarm. It has the advantage of anti - interference and stability, and suitable for all kinds of military tunnel.
