摘要
通过室内试验,对TPS改性剂的特性、改性沥青的制备方法、改性剂剂量及TPS改性剂对沥青性能和排水性沥青混合料性能的影响等内容进行研究。发现15%的改性剂剂量比较合理,改性后的沥青感温性明显下降,高温热稳定性,耐老化性和低温抗裂性显著提高,达到高粘度改性沥青的要求。同时发现添加TPS的排水性沥青混合料动稳定度、水稳定性和低温性能等路用性能优良。结果表明TPS改性效果明显,是一种适合排水性沥青混合料的改性剂。
This paper studied properties of the TPS-modifier,producing method of modified bitumen,modifier mass percentage and its influences on modified bitumen and porous asphalt mixture by tests in laboratory.It is pointed out that 15% modifier mass percentage is reasonable,and temperature sensibility of the bitumen modified by TPS was decreased obviously and high temperature heat stability,age resistance and cracking resistance at low temperature were increased.Bitumen modified by TPS-modifier can reach to specifications for high viscosity bitumen.It is also confirmed that dynamic stability,hydraulic stability and low-temperature anti-crack ability of the porous asphalt mixture with TPS were great.The results indicate that TPS-modifier has high performances,and is applicable to porous asphalt mixture.
