摘要
本文介绍了一种用光纤红外传感器测量液体的浓度的方法—以自制的1310nm激光器为光源,在光源与光纤探头间采用透镜耦合方式,实现最佳耦合,得到最大的传输效率,使液体浓度测量误差小于1.1%。
An application of infrared fiber optical sensor for the measurement of solution concentration is introduced. The 1310 nm homemade laser is used as light source. The lens coupled technique is applied to obtain high transmission efficiency. The error for concentration measurement is less than 1.1%.
