摘要
本文介绍了工作流的有关概念和技术方法,并以一个具体的具有代表意义的公文发文流程建立了政务公文流转的模型。按照复杂适应性理论(CAS),采用动态管理的方法对建立的模型进行了分析,开发出基于工作流的具有普遍适应性的电子公文流转处理系统。实现公文流转各环节的数字化,摆脱传统纸介质公文来来回回的时间和财力消耗.减少中间环节,提高办公效率。
This thesis introduce the concept, technology and methods about workflow. A model of government-document-moving was built according as a material and representative sending-file moving, analyzed using the Complex Adaptability System (CAS) and dynamic management method. A electro-document moving system was developed, based on workflow technology , provided with universality . The system will reduce middle tache , shake off time waste , improve office efficiency.
