摘要
红土型金矿是我国低品位金矿的新类型.矿石风化强烈,金主要以不可见游离金形式分布于大量粘土矿物间.理论分析和多次试验证实,氰化浸出时NaCN耗量可降至20g/t左右.采用制粒预处理堆浸工艺,浸出11d,浸出率高达96.43%,尾水净化后总氰化物含量仅0.004mg/L.
Shaped up by intense weathering, the red-clay type gold ore belongs in a new type of low graded gold ore.The gold is distributed largely in clay minerals in free and invisible form.Through theoretical analysis and repeated experiments, it shows that the consumption of NaCN can be reduced to 20g/t when giving cyanide leaching to such kind ores. Adopting heap leaching process after pretreatment of granulation and 11 days of stagnant time for leaching, the leaching rate comes up to 96.43% and the total eyanide content of tailing water reaches only to 0.004mg/L
