摘要
医院信息系统(HIS)建设的目的不仅仅是引入一套现代化的管理软件,实现医院的日常经营管理活动自动化的简单问题,而是将医院传统业务流程模式进行根本性变革的一个重要决策。作为医院管理者,应首先梳理自己的业务,并通过对其系统的优化和业务流程重组(BPR),使其更加合理化、科学化。医院如果没有经过适当的BPR即贸然导入HIS,或通过定制系统软件以迁就传统模式,势必造成旧的管理流程无法适应系统的功能及要求;而进行医院管理模式的更新,也离不开HIS这一新兴技术的支撑。只有将两者有机地结合,才能真正实现医院科学化、规范化的管理,从而大幅度地提高医院的效益。
The purpose for developing HIS is not a simple issue only to introduce a set of modern management software and to conduct daily automatic management activities in hospital, but an important decision to change thoroughly the traditional business flow pattern in hospital. As a hospital manager, he or she must fully understand hie or her business in order to make the business more rational and scientific through optimizing the system and business process reorganization (BPR). If a hospital hastily introduces HIS without through proper BPR, or to order software to yield to the traditional pattern, definitely the old management flow cannot adapt to the functions and requirements of the system. To renew hospital management pattern cannot be conducted without the support of the new technology HIS. Only through the smooth combination of the two, the true scientific and standardized hospital management can be realized, as a result, the benefits for hospital can be greatly improved.
