摘要
本文应用紫露草微核试验,小鼠骨髓微核试验,胎肝微核试验,Ames试验等方法研究了被工业污染的某河水及其附近的居民饮用水。结果显示,河水及其附近居民井水对骨髓微核试验和胎肝微核试验为阳性反应(P<0.01),Ames试验和紫露草微核试验也得到了同样结果(Rt/Rc=5.19,P<0.01)。初步认为,该水体具有较强的诱变作用。
Mutagenesis of a river Polluted by industry and well near this that were studied using Ames test,Micronucleus of the bone marrow in mice,of the fatal-liver in mice,and Tradescantia-micronucleus(Trad-MCN)methods.The results indicated that both river and well water caused Ames test positive reaction(Rt/Rc=5.19,4.98).Both had also been positive reaction in bone marrow and fotal-liver micro-nucleus (P<0.01).Trad-MCN test results was as above.We suggest that the water possessed a strong mutagenesis.
