沙眼衣原体分子流行病学研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 针对沙眼衣原体不同靶位的基因检测技术有着很高敏感性和特异性 ,为分子流行病学的研究提供了有效的工具。目前沙眼衣原体分子流行病学研究不仅可以描述不同基因型在人群和地区上的分布、研究性网络在沙眼衣原体传播的意义 ,而且还可以探讨不同基因型沙眼衣原体与临床症状和疾病间的关系 。
