摘要
中国民营企业近几年如雨后春笋般地出现在中国、甚至世界市场 ,在中国经济的发展中逐渐担当着重要的角色。但中国民营企业如要进一步发展 ,在世界市场上占有稳固的地位 ,不仅要在产品的竞争性上赶超世界水平 ,更要在企业管理文化上下工夫。可以肯定 ,企业文化将成为 2 1世纪中国企业尤其是中国民营企业进一步发展的法宝。本文试图通过对中国民营企业文化现状的分析 。
Private enterprises emerge like bamboo shoots after a spring rain in China,and even in the world market as well in recent years,which has being played important roles in the development of China's economy.But if China's private enterprises want to further develop, and possess steady positions in the world market, they need not only exceed world level in their products, but make great efforts in enterprise management cultures. Without doubt, enterprise cultures will be a trump of further development of China's enterprise,especially those private enterprises,in the 21st century. This essay tries to bring forward the methods of rebuilding Chinese private enterprise cultures through analyzing their status quo.
