摘要
本文从我国加入WTO后 ,企业管理方式和职能的发生了转变 ,数字视频监控系统在企业应用日益广泛 ,和在详细阐述数字视频监视概念后 ,结合石化行业的特点 ,给出了一个具体实施方案 。
Beginning with the change of managemeat methods and functions after china joined into WTO, the Digital Video Monitoring System is used widelg in the factorg. This paper introduces the detailed description of the conception, a concrete plan and a successful execution example according to the characteristics of petrochemical industry.
