摘要
提出了一种制备高纯度3-羟甲基噻吩的简便方法。3-甲基噻吩经侧链溴化后直接水解得到粗品3-羟甲基噻吩。用Zn/Cu粉在碱性条件下处理粗品3-羟甲基噻吩,再经过简单蒸馏即得纯度达97.8%的3-羟甲基噻吩,收率51.6%。
A novel process to prepare highly pure 3-thiophenemethanol was provided.Thus,3-methylthiophene was chain-brominated and then directly hydrolyzed to produce crude 3-thiophenemethanol. After direct treatment with Zn/Cu powder under the alkaline condition and through simple distillation,3-thiophenemethanol was obtained to be 51.6% in over-all yield and 97. 8% purity,both exceed the traditional process.
