摘要
目前,出口欧洲的微波炉要求根据EN55011:1998+A1:1999进行EMC测试,该标准规定用“非导电材料如玻璃或塑料”制成的负载容器,对测试时间没有做出上限要求。文章通过对不同材料不同形状的负载容器进行实验对比,得出负载量的变化和负载容器的变化会引起驻波系数(ρ)的变化,而驻波系数的变化会带来EMC测试结果的变化,从而认为此标准相关规定的不明确会导致EMC测试结果的不一致性,建议相关机构对负载容器的材料、形状等物理参数做强制规定。
Nowadays,the microwave ovens exported to Europe have to pass EMC test which according to EN55011:1998+A1:1999.EN55011prescribes'The water container shall be made of electrically non-conductive material'and has no upper limit to the test time.This article compares the results of several tests which used several types of material and sharp.We can prove the quantity of load's changing and the container's dissimilarity will bring theρ's changing,theρ's changing will bring the differences of EMC test results.And we suggest correlative insititution should prescribe the water container's material and sharp forcibly.
