摘要
几丁糖为多糖类化合物 ,具有无毒性、组织相容性、生物降解性、理化性状稳定等特性 ,是一种生物学性状优良、极具发展潜力的植入材料。有关几丁糖膜预防术后粘连的基础研究较多 ,但国内还未形成正式的产品。本文就几丁糖膜预防术后粘连的机制、膜的制备及应用进展进行简要的介绍。
Chitosan , a kind of polysaccharide with favorable biomedical properties, such as non-toxicity, biocompatibility, biodegradation , stabilization of physical and chemical character , has broad application prospect as a implanted material in the future. Many studies on prevention of postoperative adhesion by use of chitosan membrane had been reported, but at present chitosan membrane hasn’t been become a formal produce for sale in china. This article reviewed the mechanism of chitosan preventing postoperative adhesion, the preparation and therapeutic uses of chitosan membrane.
