摘要
本文论述了用复杂可编程逻辑控制器CPLD实现三维机械雕刻机的运动控制方法,包括控制系统结构、模块实现、插补运动、加减速控制等。其CPLD采用USB总线与上位PC机进行通信,给出了VHDL语言程序和仿真结果验证。
A method of motion control of three-dimensional mechanical carver using CPLD is discussed in this paper. Control system constructions, components realization, interpolation, rising and dropping speed control are instructed. Communication between CPLD and up location computer is realized by Universal Serial Bus. VHDL program and simulation result are shown.
