本文介绍了3米C级精度滚珠丝杠磨削过程中的几个关键技术,提出了传动链误差预报补偿的改进方案,并以神经网络为基础,建立工件热伸长误差补偿系统。
in this article, some key technologies in the process of grinding ball screws of 3 meters long with accuracy grade C is introduced, an improved scheme for forecasting compensation of transmission error is put forward, and an error compensating system for thermal elongation of the screw is established on the basis of neuro network.
