双边交易模式下考虑静态电压安全性的阻塞管理 被引量:20

摘要 该文提出了一种在双边交易模式下考虑静态电压安全性的阻塞管理方法。该方法以各交易的阻塞成本最小二乘量为目标函数,利用阻塞成本空间中静态电压稳定边界的特性,求解得到能够最快速地进入阻塞成本空间电压稳定域的路径,并沿该路径找出满足系统电压安全性要求的运行点作为最终结果。通过 IEEE118 母线系统的验证可以看出,该文提出的方法能够很好地解决因电压安全性问题所造成的输电阻塞,充分考虑到了各交易的阻塞成本及其对静态电压安全性的影响,具有很好的市场指导意义。 In this paper, a new congestion management method with voltage security considered in bilateral market is proposed. Aiming at least square of congestion cost, the method utilizes characters of voltage stability boundary in congestion cost space to find the fastest route to recur to voltage stability region. In that route the result is found which even satisfied the voltage security limit. It is proved in IEEE118 system that the proposed method can solve the congestion effectively with congestion cost and contribution to voltage instability of each transaction considered. The solution provides the meaningful information to market operator.
