摘要
结合测试结果,讨论了稀土氧化物掺杂及烧成工艺对电阻片微观组织结构以及电气性能的影响。结果表明,在传统生产配方中掺入Y2O3等稀土氧化物,通过掺杂改性,可以使电阻片中的晶粒尺寸减小,提高电阻片的电位梯度(达到276.8V/mm);在不同的烧成温度点(1190℃、1220℃、1250℃)下,认为1220℃为最佳烧成温度,此时电阻片的能量吸收能力得到提高,同时其它电气性能如泄漏电流和压比等保持良好。
On the basis of the test result,the microstructure and the electrical properties of Zinc oxide varistors which are greatly effected by rare-earth oxide dopants and sintering processes is discussed.As the result shows,the size of Zinc oxide grains is reduced by adding rare-earth oxides into the conventional Zinc oxide varistors manufacturing composition,and the reference voltage gradient of varistors is raised(up to 276.8V/mm);Of the three sintering regimes(1 190℃、1 220℃、1 250℃)1 220℃ is believed to be the optimal one.The energy absorption capability of varistor in such regime improved,besides that the leakage current and residual voltage ratio exhabit a better performance.
