巨噬细胞和嗜酸性粒细胞在EMT模型大鼠术后不同时间异位组织中的变化 被引量:2

摘要 目的 :观察大鼠腹腔子宫内膜异位症 (endometriosis ,EMT)模型造模早期在位和异位组织中巨噬细胞和嗜酸性粒细胞的变化 ,探讨其与EMT的关系。方法 :建立大鼠EMT动物模型 ,术后第 2天起 ,每日取 1~ 2只模型大鼠在位和异位子宫内膜分别制作光、电镜标本。观察术后不同天数 ,异位组织的生存变化以及巨噬细胞和嗜酸性粒细胞的数量和形态改变。结果 :模型大鼠在位内膜巨噬细胞比正常大鼠多 ,异位比在位更多。P <0 .0 5。术后第 8天见凋亡的巨噬细胞。 10天后见基质中嗜酸性粒细胞增多。结论 ObjectiveTo observe the changes of the number and morphology of macrophages and eosinocytes in eutopic and ectopic endometrium from EMT model rats and to study the relationship between macrophages , eosinocytes and endometriosis.MethodsFirstly, to reproduce rat endometriosis model.Secondly, eutopic and ectopic endometrium were acquired for light and electron microscopic examination every day after operation.ResultsThe number of macrophages in normal rats was significantly lower in the EMT model rats from the 2nd day after operation and in the eutopic was lower in the ectopic. Apoptosis of macrophages were commonly seen from the 8th day after operation. From the 10th day after operation the increased number of eosinophilic granulocyte was observed in ectopic endometrium . ConclusionsIt maybe related the number and morphologic alteration of macrophages and eosinocytes in ectopic endometrium that ectopic endometrium be eliminated or survived.
