摘要
采用山形切口对5种陶瓷材料的断裂韧性进行了测试并予评价。试验结果表明,切口的几何尺寸影响着K_(IC)值。适当调整横向压力速度及切口几何尺寸可使裂纹呈稳定型扩展,其测量结果更为可靠。
In this paper, a method--CVNB for measuring fracture toughness, having been applied to 5 different ceramic materials, is offered and evaluated. The results showed that the dimensions and geometry of the notch had effect on the K_(lc) values. By adjusting cross-head speed and regulating the dimensions and geometry of the notch, the stable growth of the crack can be obtained and the result is much more reliable.
