摘要
本文通过比较供应链管理企业和传统企业的绩效评价指标的特点,提出建立供应链管理企业绩效评价指标体系应遵循的原则。同时,结合绩效评价指标的客观性和可操作性,尝试建立供应链管理企业绩效评价指标体系。
Comparing the different idexes of enterp ri se performance measurement between the traditional enterprise and the enterprise engaged in supply chain management,this paper presents the principle of establi shing the index system for enterprise performance measure in supply chain manage ment.Considered objectivity and practicality,the index system of enterprise perf ormance measurement is established in supply chain management.
