摘要
目的 探讨胎儿肾上腺移植治疗慢性哮喘病的疗效。 方法 采用非同血型带血管蒂胎儿肾上腺移植治疗慢性哮喘病 1例 ,并随访 2年 ,观察临床指标 ,评估治疗效果。 结果 术后患者呼吸道感染减少 ,血清皮质醇较移植前升高 ,肺通气功能有明显改善 ,IgG、IgE、嗜酸粒细胞计数降低 ,对血压、体质量、血糖以及血清电解质等无不良影响 ,有良好疗效。 结论 带血管蒂胎儿肾上腺移植能够治疗慢性顽固性哮喘病或激素依赖性哮喘病。
Objective To investigate the effect of transplantation of fetal adrenal for refracting asthma. Methods Through a case chronic bronchial asthma disease by transplantation of fetal adrenal and compared with the infra-skin's transplantation of adrenal cortex tissues(literature report) in the therapeutic efficacy of various methods, and compare the methods of transplantation. Results After transplantion of the foetal adrenal with blood vessel supply, the respiratory tract infection has decreased and the serum cortisone has elevated, the pulmonary ventilation function appeared apparent amelioration, the IgG, IgE and the quantity of eosinophilic granulocyte decreased. The operation hasn't harmful effects to blood pressure, body weight, blood sugar or serum electrolyte. Conclusion It is a method for the patients had a chronic intractable asthma or hormone dependent asthma.
