摘要
医院后勤服务社会化,实行分制管理,以最大限度降低医院在后勤服务中的消耗,使医院管理模式更多地转向医学、科研的本职职能上来,保障医疗水平进一步提高和各项业务的顺利开展。打破旧的后勤管理体制后,如何理顺医院与专业公司间的管理关系,使之与医院医疗管理同步,达到符合当前市场经济高速发展的需求,还需长期磨合和探索。
The key to hospital logistics reform is the socialization of hospital logistic
service. The ultimate aim of it is fully exploring and utilizing exist logistic resources as well
as reducing greatly expenditure on hospital services. The socialization could not only speed up
the transference of hospital management model to the functions of medical treatment and scien-
tific research and health care, but also help improve the levels, provide patient more and high-
quality medical treatment services. The hospital logistic service cou1d quite fit in with modern
hospital administration after the system of old and backward logistics management being broken
with, but it will be a long time before facility management corporation well coordinates with
hospital management and suits the needs of development of medical treatment marketing economics
at high-speed at present.
