摘要
我国的公共卫生的政府补偿存在较大的缺陷,公平和效率都有待改善。补偿机制是其中重要的影响因素之一,通过对国际上两种普遍适用的补偿机制进行比较,分析其各自的优缺点,希望能给公共卫生补偿政策的决策人员提供一定的参考。
From data of survey, there are many limitations of public health subsidy policy in china . Equity and efficiency of policy need to be improved. The essay compares with two subsidy methods used in many countries and summarizes characters each other . Some suggestions had been advaced to help decision-making official in this essay.
