摘要
目的 探讨冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病不同亚型间的血清可溶性CD4 0配体 (sCD4 0L)浓度变化及其与血浆可溶性细胞间黏附分子 - 1(sICAM - 1)和血浆可溶性E -选择素 (sE selectin)浓度的关系。方法 采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定 5 2例冠心病患者血清sCD4 0L、血浆sICAM - 1、sE selectin浓度 ,在急性冠状动脉综合征 (ACS)组和稳定型心绞痛(SAP)组之间进行对比 ,并与正常对照组进行比较。结果 ACS组血清sCD4 0L浓度显著高于SAP组和对照组 (P <0 0 1) ,SAP组与对照组无显著性差异 (P >0 0 5 )。ACS组、SAP组血浆sICAM - 1浓度均显著高于对照组 (P <0 0 1vsP <0 0 5 ) ,ACS组显著高于SAP组 (P <0 0 1)。ACS组血浆sE selectin浓度显著高于SAP组 (P <0 0 5 )和对照组 (P <0 0 1) ,SAP组与对照组比较无显著差异 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 sCD4 0L、sICAM - 1和sE selectin可能与ACS的发生有关 ,sCD4 0L可能通过上调黏附分子的表达而促进ACS的发生和发展。
Objective To determine the change of serum sCD40L concentration in different subtype of coronary heart disease(CHD)and the relationship between serum concentrations of soluble CD40(sCD40L) and plasma concentrations of soluble ICAM-1(sICAM-1) and soluble E-selectin (sE-selectin).Methods The study group was consisted of 52 patients with coronary artery disease.The study adopted the method of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) to measure sCD40L、sICAM-1 and sE-selectin.Results sCD40L in ACS group was significantly higher than both in control group(P<0.01)and in ASP group(P<0.01);There were no differences of sCD40L between ASP group and control group (P<0.05).sICAM-1 in ACS group and ASP group was higher than in control group(P<0.01vsP<0.05);and sICAM-1 in ACS group was also higher than in ASP group(P<0.01).sE-selectin in ACS group was significantly higher than in contro1 group (P<0.01) and ASP group (P<0.01),but there were no differences between ASP group and control group.Conclusions It's suggested that sCD40L、sICAM-1 and sE-selectin were associated with the pathogenesis of ACS.sCD40L is likely to promote the occurrence and the development of ACS by up-regulating the expression of adhesion molecules.
