摘要
用示波极谱法测定甲硝唑片,并对其伏安行为进行了研究。结果表明,在pH8的Britton-Robinson缓冲液和1.5mol/L氯化钾溶液组成的底液中,甲硝唑在-0.54V(vs. SCE)出现了一个极谱还原峰,峰电流与其溶液浓度在0.4~1.5mg/L范围内呈良好线性关系(r=0.9975),检测限为1.85×10-6g/L。并用循环伏安法、脉冲极谱法研究了甲硝唑还原峰的电流性质,发现电极反应是完全不可逆的,存在吸附性。
An oscillopolarography was used for determination of metronidazole tablets, and its voltammetricbehavior was investigated. The results showed that a sensitive reduction peak of metronidazole was obtained in the basesolution of B-R buffer solution (pH 8) and 1.5mol/L KCl solution. The peak potential was -0.54V(vs. SCE). The peakcurrent was directly proportional to the metronidazole concentration in the range of 0.4~1.5mg/L(r=0.9975). Thedetection limit was 1.85×10-6g/L. The current property of reduction peak of metronidazole was investigated by the cyclicvoltammetry and pulse polarography. The characteristic irreversible adsorption of the peak was proved.
