摘要 压裂防砂技术是一项新技术,具有防砂和增产的双重作用。详细介绍了胶液充填压裂防砂和盐水充填压裂防砂2种压裂防砂技术,其中着重论述盐水充填压裂防砂技术。通过表皮因子统计分析比较2种技术的现场应用效果,并从导流能力、油层特征及施工限制角度确定选井条件,最后阐明2种压裂防砂技术具有同样良好的生产效果,一般来说胶液充填压裂防砂适用于低渗透率油层和射孔段大于15m的薄砂页岩层序油层;盐水充填压裂防砂适用于油层接近油水、油气界面,大斜度长井段和高温油藏。因此,科学选井是其施工成功的关键之一。 Fracturing sand control is a new technology, which has the double effects of sand control and stimulation. Two fracturing sand control technologies were described, i.e., gel fluid packing sand control and salt water packing sand control, and mainly focused on salt water packing sand control technology. The field application effects of the two technologies were compared by skin factor statistical analysis, and the well selection factors were determined form such aspects as conduction capacity, reservoir characteristics and operation restrictions. It concluded that the two technologies have the same excellent sand control effects, while the gel fluid packing fracturing is suitable for low permeability reservoirs and reservoirs with thin sandstone of over 15m, and the salt water packing fracturing is suitable for reservoirs close to the water/oil and gas/oil contacts, long hole interval with high inclination and reservoirs of high temperature. In general, reasonable and suitable well selection is one of the keys for the success of this technology.
