Type Analysis of the Processing Equipment for Cross Linked Polyethylene

摘要 通过多年从事硅烷交联聚乙烯料的实践和研究,就交联料生产的主要影响因素,即加工设备进行了剖析,对使用的几种机型的工作原理、运动方式、混炼效果、接枝反应时间、优缺点等问题进行了较深入的说明和比较,提出了自己的看法。 On the base of the study and practical work on cross linked polyethylene for many years.The key factor for the production of cross linked materials--processing equipment was analyzed.The working principle,movement form,mixture effect,grafting reaction time,and the advantages and disadvantages of some kinds of machines were illuminated and compared,as well as some viewpoints of the author.
