摘要 功能磁共振成像中 ,数据的后处理和分析是十分重要的过程。其通过运动校正、配准、归一化及平滑等过程对数据进行空间处理 ,消除采集过程中的各种影响和伪影、提高信号的检出率 ;采用合适的分析算法 ,把真正的BOLD信号提取出来 ;并以直观精确的形式把结果呈献出来。 Data processing and analysis are vital steps in the course of functional MRI experiment. Spatial processing can eliminate the effects of noise and false signal with alignment, registration, normalization and smooth. The analysis approach based proper algorithm extracts the real BOLD information from functional MRI data, which make the representation of brain map be better as result.
