摘要
分析某固体火箭发动机的复合材料组合壳体在轴压、外压及弯矩联合作用下的变形情况发现,该结构铺层设计不够合理,造成复合材料铺层变形不协调,导致结构过早破坏。通过数值模拟方法,对在复杂载荷作用下结构复合材料局部铺层改变进行补强研究,提出相应的优化局部铺层补强的方案。计算结果表明,所提出的局部改变铺层的方法可以较大幅度地提高结构承载能力,为结构设计的改进提供参考。
The composite case of SRM was analyzed under the combined load condition, consisting of axis pressure, external pressure and bending moment. The analysis results show that the layer design of the case structure isn't proper, which can lead to structure failure because of the bad distortion coordination. Therefore, the local reinforcement of structure under complicated loads is investigated via numerical simulation, and the optimized scheme is proposed. The result shows that load-bearing capability can be greatly improved. This method is available for improving the structure design.
