摘要
利用焊接过程中熔滴还没有发生短路瞬间的电弧电压变化量ΔU可以区分药芯焊丝气体保护焊(FCAW)熔滴过渡特征,绘制了一定焊接条件下的金属过渡模式图,为最终确定FCAW的最佳工艺参数(焊接电流、电弧电压等)提供指导,可实施长时间在线监控熔滴过渡过程。
Metal droplet transfer characterization in flux-cored arc welding (FCAW) was studied using arc voltage fluctuation value from instantaneous droplet transfer before short-circuiting. A metal transfer mode map was plotted under the special welding condition. It can provide a instruction for the optimization process parameters (current and voltage). On-line monitoring and control of metal transfer can be executed in a long time.
