摘要
着重对300MW 发电机浮环油密封的理论分析、计算及参数选择等进行研究,并给出一例。其中分析计算方法具有一般性,可作为其它类型的氢冷发电机、透平压缩机浮环油密封设计计算的参考。
The paper described an investigation of the static and dynamic performance of floating oil seal rings for turbogenerator to oprovide protection against hydrogen leakage.The work involved both theoretical analysis and numerical calculations concerning such parameters as acting forces on the seal ring,load capacity,flow rate, temperature increase,seal oil film stiffness and damping coefficients,etc.,As an example,according to the design parameters the analysis of the static and dynamic characteristics of the floating oil seal ring for a 300MW turbogen- erator was discussed.
