Relationship of peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor with the replication of hepatitis B virus and liver fibrosis.
摘要
过氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体(peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor,PPAR)是一种由配体激活的核转录因子.近年研究发现PPAR能够调节炎症反应、控制细胞周期和细胞凋亡,其中也包括一些肝炎相关疾病,如乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)的复制、肝纤维化以及肝癌等.本文主要论述PPAR与HBV复制、肝纤维化的关系.
