摘要
本文叙述了ZL50装载机变速箱内大超越离合器发生破坏的部位及几种破坏情况,从超越离合器的结构、受力状态和有关零件的形位公差等方面,对离合器的破坏原因进行了分析,并且提出了超越离合器结构设计改进建议及工艺要求。
This paper introduces the damaging positions and conditions of large overpass clutch for the gear box of the ZL50 wheel loader, and analyzes the reasons of the damage from the station of being offered force, the construction of the overpass clutch and the shape and position tolerances of its parts, etc. This paper also makes some suggestions to improve the original construction and provides some technological requirements.
