摘要
目的 :研究 β -连接素 (β -cat)和E -钙粘素 (E -cd)在宫颈癌组织中的表达与其生物学行为的关系。方法 :应用免疫组织化学SP法检测β -cat和E -cd在 4 1例宫颈癌和 10例正常宫颈组织中的表达。结果 :4 1例宫颈癌中 β-cat和E -cd的异常表达率分别为 4 1.5 %和 5 1.2 % ,与正常宫颈组织相比均有显著差异 (P <0 .0 1) ;二者同时正常或异常表达者占 5 1.2 % ,二者中至少有一个异常表达者为 70 .7% ,二者表达之间不具有显著相关性 (P=0 .180 4 )。β -cat的异常表达与宫颈癌淋巴结转移密切相关 (P <0 .0 1)。E -cd表达下调与宫颈癌增殖活性、分化程度和淋巴结转移显著相关 (P <0 .0 5 ,P <0 .0 5 ,P <0 .0 1)。结论 :β -cat和E -cd异常表达与宫颈癌的转移有关。
Objective: To investigate Expression of β-catenin (β-cat) and E-cadherin (E-cd) in human cervical cancer and its relationship with the biological bahavior. Methods: Immunohistochemical S-P method was used in 41 cervical cancer and 10 normal cervical samples for detecting of β-cat and E-cd expression. Results: The abnormal expression rate of β-cat and E-cd was 41.5 % and 51.2% respectively in cervical cancer group, which was different from that in normal group(P<0.01).β-cat and E-cd expression was concomitantly either normal or abnormal in 51.2% of tumors, and either of them or both of them were abnormally expressed in 70.7 % tumors, and the correlation between β-cat and E-cd expression was not significant(P=0.180 4). The rate of abnormal β-catenin in cervical cancer was correlated with lymph node metastasis (P<0.01). Abnormal expression of E-cadherin was significantly correlated with tumor proliferation status,differentiation status and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05, P<0.05, P<0.01, respectively). Conclusion: Abnormal expression of β-catenin and E-cadherin is related to the metastasis of human cervical cancer.
