上颌窦提升术中单独应用牛无机骨基质(Bio-Oss)或人冻干脱钙骨的临床评价 被引量:3

摘要 目的 :评价Bio -Oss骨粉和同种异体冻干脱钙骨在上颌窦底植骨提升中的应用。方法 :采用牛无机骨基质(Bio -Oss)和人冻干脱钙骨对56例患者共60侧上颌窦行植骨提升术 ,同期或延期行牙种植术。种植修复后随访36~48个月。结果 :术后半年X线检查发现 ,两种骨移植材料和移植物周围正常骨组织界线变模糊。在所植入95枚种植体中共有1枚种植体松动脱落 ,其余种植体均和新形成的骨组织形成良好的骨结合 ,种植体周围未见明显骨吸收阴影 ,种植体3年成功率为98.9 %。结论 :Bio Objective:To evaluate the clinical effects of deproteinized bovine bone(Bio-Oss)and Demineralized Freeze-DriedBone on MaxillarySinus Augmentation.Methods:In56patients with60MaxillarySini,deproˉteinized bovine bone(Bio-Oss)or Demineralized Freeze-Dried Bone were used as bone grafting materials in the sinus lift with Simultaneous or Delayed Implant placement.95implants were placed in these cases and were followed up from36to48months.Results:The X-ray photograph of8-month postoperation showed that new bone growed into the grafting materials and the height in the vertical dimension changed little.Of95implants,only1was lost in the Bio-Oss group.The3-year cumulative success rate was98.9%.Conclusion:The sole use of deproteinized bovine bone(Bio-Oss)or Demineralized Freeze-Dried Bone in the Maxillary Sinus Augmentation are predictable.
