摘要
目的 :探讨广州地区各期的HIV感染者的CD4 + 、CD8+ 淋巴细胞数及CD4 + /CD8+ 比值及其变化规律。方法 :使用流式细胞仪及三色荧光标记的单克隆抗体试剂对 5 5例未经过高效抗逆转录病毒治疗 (HARRT)的HIV感染者的抗凝血浆进行CD3+ 、CD4 + 、CD8+ 淋巴细胞的绝对值计数 ,根据CD4 + 细胞计数进行分组 (≥ 5 0 0个 /mm3 为Ⅰ组 ,共 7例 4 99~ 2 0 1个 /mm3为Ⅱ组 ,共 15例 2 0 0~ 5 1个 /mm3 为Ⅲ组 ,共 9例≤ 5 0个 /mm3 为Ⅳ组 ,共 2 4例 )。另设肝炎对照组 (慢性乙型肝炎患者 19例 )及健康对照组 (正常健康人 6 4例 )。结果 :(1)CD4细胞数比较 :Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组与两个对照组之间比较均有显著差异 ,Ⅰ组与两个对照组之间比较均无显著差异。 (2 )CD8+ 细胞数比较 :Ⅰ、Ⅱ组与健康对照组、Ⅳ组与两个对照组之间比较均有显著差异 ,Ⅲ组与两个对照组之间比较均无显著差异。 (3)CD4 + /CD8+ 比值比较 :Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组与两个对照组、Ⅰ组与健康对照组之间比较均有显著差异 ,Ⅰ组与肝炎对照组之间比较无显著差异。 (4)肝炎对照组与健康对照组之间比较 ,CD4 + 、CD8+ 细胞数、CD4 + /CD8+ 比值均无显著差异。结论 :随着疾病进展 ,HIV感染者的CD4 + 细胞数及CD4 + /CD8+ 比值进行性减少 ,CD8+
Objective: To investigate CD4+ and CD8+ lymphocyte counts CD4+/CD8+ value and their changes in HIV infectors at every stages in Guangzhou. Methods: CD4+ and CD8+ lymphocyte absolute counts of sera plasma in 55 HIV infectors without highly active anti-retrovirus therapy (HAART) were counted by flow cytometry. According to their CD4+ cell count, these patients were divided to four groups ;> or =500 cell/mm3, 499~201 cell/mm3, 200~51 cell/mm3, < or =50 cell/mm3 were belonged to groupⅠ(7 cases),Ⅱ(15 cases),Ⅲ(9 cases), Ⅳ(24 cases), respectively; In addition, hepatitis control group(19 cases with chronic hepatitis B) and health control group(64 cases with healthy people)were set up. Results: (1)Comparing CD4 lymphocyte counts between two groups: Differences were remarkable between group Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ and two control groups and not remarkable between group Ⅰand two control groups. (2)Comparing CD8+ lymphocyte counts between two groups: Differences were remarkable between group Ⅰ,Ⅱ and health control group, as well as between group Ⅳand two control groups and not remarkable between group Ⅲ and two control groups. (3)Comparing CD4+/CD8+ ratio between two groups: Differences were remarkable between group Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ and two control groups, as well as between group Ⅰand health control group and not remarkable between group Ⅰand hepatitis control group. (4)Comparing two control groups: Differences were not remarkable by comparing CD4+ and CD8+ lymphocyte counts and CD4+/CD8+ ratio between hepatitis control group and health control group. Conclusion:CD4+ lymphocyte counts and CD4+/CD8+ ratio of HIV infectors will drop gradually with the disease's progress. CD8+ lymphocyte counts increased remarkably at the early stage and dropped remarkably at the advanced stage. The remarkable change of CD8+ lymphocyte counts and CD4+/CD8+ ratio might occur at earlier stage than that of CD4+ lymphocyte counts.
