摘要 目的 探讨使用较小口径共用型造影导管经桡动脉途径冠状动脉造影的安全性、可行性和方法学。方法 使用 5F共用型造影导管经桡动脉途径冠状动脉造影。结果  15 2例接受经桡动脉途径冠状动脉造影的患者 ,桡动脉穿刺成功14 5例。失败的 7例中 ,6例肱动脉穿刺成功 ,1例经股动脉途径。选用 5F共用型造影导管进行冠状动脉造影 14 9例 ,左右冠状动脉造影均成功 14 0例。结论 使用较小口径共用型造影导管经桡动脉途径冠状动脉造影安全、可行 ,术后无须卧床、患者痛苦小、并发症少。 Objective To evaluate the safety, feasibility and methology of transradial coronary angiography with 5F universal catheter.Method s The transradial coronary angiography was carried out with 5F universal catheter.Results 152 patients underwent the transradi al coronary angiography. The puncture of radial artery was successful in 145 patients. Brachial and femoral artery we re successfully punctured in 6 patients and 1 patient,respectively,in 7 patients with failed radial artery punture. Left and right coronary angiographies were a ll successful in 140 of 149 patients who underwent the transradial coronary angi ography with 5F universal cathete r.Conclusion The transradial coronary angiography with 5F unive rsal catheter is safe and feasible, with few local complications,and the pat ient has little pain and need not to be kept in bed.
