摘要 国内外再次掀起的聋人“双语教育”之争,是当今时代精神、科学技术和特殊教育发展的充分反映。现代认知科学的研究成果基本上阐明了聋人语言发展与认知的关系、手语的语言地位和综合语言教育的认知基础。我们必须本着实事求是的精神,反思百年来聋人语言教育的经验和教训,走出“纯口语训练”、“纯医学模式”、“双语双文化”与“听说领先”等误区。笔者建议根据聋童认知和汉语象形表义文字的特点,通过加快研制和推广能将聋童的口语、手语、书面语言融为一体的的计算机软件,提高聋教师资和语训人员的专业水平等措施,构建并推行我国聋人的综合语言教育。 The debate of bilingual education of deaf people reflects the present level of science andtechnology and special education development. Many researchs on the cognitive development has explainedthe relation of language development and the cognition, sign languages and comprehensive language teachingfor deaf people. This article will investigate different teaching methodologies of hearing impaired childrenwith special attention to certain areas.'
