摘要
从工业硅反应机理和工业硅电炉反应区结构分析着手,阐述了影响反应区的因素,并通过调控电气参数和冶炼过程周期,控制碳化硅的生成和分解反应,从而提出了控制工业硅炉况的技术措施。
Base on analysis of the reactive principle of silicon metal and the construction of reaction zone, probe on reflecting factors of reaction zone, controlling period of smelting and adjusting electric parameters and controlling reaction of forming SiC and decomposing SiC, the technological measures are put forward of keeping under silicon metal furnace.
