摘要
对复合溶剂氨法抽提高酸值原油环烷酸抽提工艺条件进行了实验室研究。结果表明,在温度55℃,溶剂配比(体积分数)为乙醇50%、异丙醇15%、氨2%,剂油体积比为1.0,搅拌速率250 r/min,反应时间30 min,沉降时间80 min的条件下,使用复合溶剂氨法脱除苏丹高酸值原油中的环烷酸具有良好的脱酸效果,二次脱除率在92%以上。分离所得的环烷酸品质较高,其酸值在190 mgKOH/(100 mL)左右,纯度达90%左右,达到85号环烷酸行业标准。
Processing conditions of ammonia extraction of naphthenic acid from high acid number crude oil with complex solvent was studied in the laboratory. The experiment results showedthat under the conditions of a temperature of 55℃, a solvent containing alcohol, isopropanol and ammonia of 50%, 15% and 2% by molar respectively, a solvent to oil volume ratio of 1. 0, stirring speed 250r/min, reaction time 30min and settling time 80min, the said method had good removal effect of naphthenic acid on Sudanese high acid number crude, the acid removal rate was higher than 92% after the secondary extraction. The quality of the extracted naphthenic acid was good, its acid number was around 190mgKOH/100mL and the purity was about 90% , which met the 85# trade standard.
