摘要
激光处理水稻种子,能诱发广泛的遗传变异。其突变频率与激光种类、剂量大小及处理材料的遗传背景有关。一定剂量的Ar^+激光或远红外激光加γ射线复合处理可显著的提高诱变频率。
Rice Seeds irradiated by Laser can induce the genetic variations. And the mutagenic frequencies were related to the kinds of laser dosage and the genetic backgrouds of materials. Ar+ laser or FIR laser combined treatment with r-rays could be increase mutagenic frequency apparently
