摘要
本文针对影响视频压缩效率和速度瓶颈之一的 "运动估计技术 "展开研究。对 "运动估计 "这一在视频通信中最重要最耗时的技术的原理和搜索算法进行了详细的介绍。同时以H.2 63视频压缩编码标准为基本框架 。
In this paper, motion estimation technology, as one of the significant issues to video compression encoding, is studied to increase coding speed. On the one hand, the motion estimation theories and all kinds of the search algorithm are expatiated in particular. And some optimization measures based on H.263 are also proposed .
