摘要
以 2 ,4 -二氯 - 5 -氟苯乙酮为原料 ,经由 β-酮酸酯化、乙氧亚甲基化、胺化、环合、水解、与无水哌嗪缩合、成盐等 7步反应 ,制得盐酸沙拉沙星 ,总收率 4 8.9%。该法操作简单 ,收率高 。
Sarafloxacin hydrochloride is prepared with 2,4-dichloro-5-fluoroacetophenone as raw materials and under seven successive steps of reactions which are esterification of β-keto-acid, menthylenation, amination, cyclization, hydrolysis, condensation with different compounds and salification. The total yield is 48.9%. This synthetic method is simple in operation with high yield and is feasible for industrial production.
