甘蔗斑茅的杂交利用及其杂种后代鉴定系列研究 Ⅲ.甘蔗斑茅远缘杂交后代细胞遗传分析 被引量:33

摘要 以甘蔗与斑茅杂交和回交后代为供试材料 ,进行染色体计数与核型分析 ,结果表明 ,在 5个供试材料中 ,海南斑茅 92 1 0 5的体细胞染色体数 2n =6 0 =6 0m ,属原始的 1A型染色体 ,其他材料的核型均属 2B型。以拔地拉 ( 2n =80 =70m + 1 0sm)为母本、海南斑茅 92 1 0 5为父本的杂交后代崖城 96 6 6的体细胞染色体数目为 2n =70 =6 8m + 2sm ;以崖城96 6 6为母本、CP84 1 1 98( 2n =1 2 0 =1 1 4m + 6sm)为父本杂交的后代崖城 0 1 3的体细胞染色体数为 2n =1 0 5 =95m + 1 0sm。结果说明甘蔗斑茅杂交后代染色体以n +n的方式进行传递。 The cytogenetic analyses for the hybrid and backcross from the cross of S . officinarum L. with E. arundinaceum Retz showed that the karyotype of Erianthus Hainan 92 105 was 1A, belonging to the primitive type; while the karyotype of the other four tested cultivars belonged to the type of 2B. The somatic chromosome number of the hybrid Yacheng 96 66 from the cross of Badila (female parent, 2 n = 80=70m+10sm ) and Erianthus Hainan 92 105 (male parent, 2 n = 60=60m) was 70 (2 n =70=68m+2sm), and that of the hybrid Yacheng 01 3 from the cross of Yacheng 96 66 (female parent ) and CP84 1198 (male parent) was 105 ( 2 n =105=95m+10sm). The results demonstrated that the hybrids between the Saccharum and Erianthus probably inherited in the way of n+n.
