摘要 目的 分析高压氧舱内环境的病原微生物及探讨消毒方法 ,预防医院感染发生。方法 选择气管切开患者治疗时 ,对舱内器具进行微生物与医院感染的分析。结果 消毒效果最好的是供氧口、最差的是面罩 ,试验中检出菌多为常见菌 ,偶见致病菌 ,面罩等部位检出铜绿假单胞菌 ,而空调器口等检出念珠菌 ,气管切开感染率高于非气管切开。结论 多数部位消毒有效 ,但效果不理想 ,建议在紫外线照射等的基础上 ,加用臭氧发生器消毒会更有效。 OBJECTIVE To analyze the pathogenic microorganisms on the internal surface of the hyperbaric oxygen chamber and their disinfection means, and to prevent the occurrence of the nosocomial infection. METHODS The relation of the microorganisms and the hospital infection was analyzed among the selected tracheotomy sufferers. RESULTS The best effect of disinfection was the oxygen supply port, the worst was the mask. The bacteria detected were commonly encountered often, the pathogens were seldom seen. Pseudomonas aeruginosa was detected on mask and other sites, whereas Candida was detected on air conditioner port and other places. The rate of incidence of tracheotomy was more than non-tracheotomy. CONCLUSIONS The disinfection on majority sites holds true, but the effect is bad. We suggest that use of ozonizer besides the ultraviolet irradiation for disinfection be more effective.
